The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman

The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) looks into complaints where a member of the public claims to have suffered injustice or hardship as a result of maladministration or service failure.

This includes complaints about Scottish Water and about the licensed providers Aimera, Business Stream and Wessex Water. Complaints about Osprey and Satec are handled by WICS.

All customers must first go through the formal complaints procedure of the organisation concerned.
