Aquavitae (UK) Limited

On 2 July 2008, the Commission agreed that it was minded to revoke the licences granted to Aquavitae. The Commission has written to Aquavitae setting out this decision and providing an opportunity for Aquavitae to respond by 4 August 2008. The Commission’s letter to Aquavitae is shown below, along with the Commission’s earlier correspondence with the legal representatives of Aquavitae’s administrators.
